The Summer 2007 Season will actually the Rough Riders' 19th season (or so) to play with the city of College Station. We entered our first season in the "C" division in 1999. We quickly realized that we couldn't hit homeruns like everyone else in that division and finished an awesome 0-10. Consequently, we moved down to "D+" the next season and finished an impressive 5-5. Fluke seasons in Fall 2002 (6-0) and Spring 2006 (7-1) forced us to move to the C division, but we try to get back to D+ as soon as possible. Our main objective: FUN! This usually includes moderate to heavy beer drinking and heckling of the umpires for those unfortunate enough to play on our field after us. All is in good fun though, and we have yet to accidentally make someone mad (usually we just get laughed at). Traditionally we always bring our wives, girlfriends, dogs, (now kids) and anyone else who might want to watch us or join us after the game, so feel free to do the same. Hope to see you there!!!
